How it works

Find the equipment, pick a date and send a request. A request doesn't commit you to anything. Once the owner confirms it, you pay and pick it up.

It depends on the owner. If they have Stripe payouts set up, you pay by card in advance and the money goes straight to them. Your card details never reach us. With other owners you pay the rental price and deposit at handover.

If the booking ends within 3 days of paying, the deposit is only held on your card. It is released by itself after the return. A longer booking would outlast the hold, so the deposit is charged and refunded once the booking closes.

Sehnáno prepares it when the owner confirms your request. Paying by card means you accept it. Without a card you open it in the booking and accept it with a button. You'll also find it there as a PDF. In the contract and the Terms, the owner is legally called the lessor and the customer the lessee.

Whoever hands the equipment over photographs its condition and records it. With a code lock box, that's you. Disagree with the return record? Say so within 72 hours. After that the booking closes by itself.

Yes, until the booking starts. More than 24 hours ahead you get the full rental price back, later half. The deposit is always released. A rental shop using Pult may set a different period in its contract.

Nothing. Listing and lending are free and we take no commission from the rental price.

You do, just like with a card terminal. The payment goes through Stripe straight to your account and Stripe deducts its fee. If a deposit is charged, the fee applies to it too.

Send 1 CZK from your bank account. It shows us the account is yours. The account holder's name must match your profile. We send the koruna back. If you set up Stripe payouts, you don't need to send it. Both are in your Account under Verification and payouts.

In your Account open Verification and payouts and set up Stripe payouts. Stripe checks your identity and bank account. It takes about 5 minutes, once. New bookings are then paid by card.

Once the booking closes, 72 hours after the return if nobody disputes anything. Stripe then sends it to your bank account. The first time takes about a week.

No. Without Stripe payouts the customer pays at handover, in cash or by bank transfer. You settle the rental price and deposit with them yourself.
